医院门急诊处方点评与分析

【摘要】 目的：分析某院门急诊病人的用药基本情况，提高处方书写质量，规范处方管理，促进临床合理用药.方法：采用回顾性分析，随机抽取某院2012年1月-2012年9月900张门急诊处方进行统计分析.结果：2012年1月-2012年9月共抽查处方900张，处方平均药品种数2.13种，抗菌药物应用率28.39%，注射剂应用率18.22%，基本药物应用率58.69%，药品通用名应用率100%，处方平均药费65.88元，不合理用药处方53张.占5.89%.结论：通过《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的实施，可监控临床用药，提高临床合理用药水平，保障用药安全.某院门急诊处方用药情况基本合理，但仍需要进一步改进.% 0bjective: To advance prescription quality and standardize prescription by analyzing the use of drugs at outpatient and emergency department,so as to accommodate the clinic treatment. Methods:900 prescriptions were randomly selected from outpatient and emergency department between January and September 2012.
