【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical effect on aceglutamide and albumin combined with treatment of cerebral embolism caused by large area cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 88 cases with cerebral embolism caused by large area cerebral infarction patients, and divided into observation group and control group, compared two groups of curative effect. Results The two groups of patients treatment the total effective rate and treatment of neural function defect score exist different, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The acetyl Glutamine combined with albumin induced by cerebral embolism in patients with massive cerebral infarction treatment effect is remarkable.%目的：探讨乙酰谷酰胺与白蛋白联合治疗脑栓塞所致大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法收集88例脑栓塞所致大面积脑梗死患者，并分为观察组和对照组，比较两组疗效。结果两组患者治疗总有效率及治疗后神经功能缺损评分比较均有差异，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用乙酰谷酰胺配合白蛋白对脑栓塞所致大面积脑梗死患者进行治疗效果显著。 【总页数】2页(143-144)
