血培养标本病原菌分布与耐药性分析

【摘要】 Objective :To investigate the distribution and drug resistance
of
pathogens
isolated
from
blood
culture
specimens.Methods :The distribution and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from blood culture specimens from January 2011 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results :Among 180 strains of pathogens ,including 92 strains of gram-posttive bacteria(51.11%),85 strains
of
gram-negative
bacteria(47.22%)
and
3
strains
of
fungi(1.67%).The detection rate of CoNS was the highest,followed by E.coli. No strain of gram-positive bacteria resistant to vancomycin and teicoplanin was found ;No strain of Enterobacteriaceae resistant to imipenem and meropenem was found.But the common pathogens showed relatively high multi-drug resistance.Conclusion :CoNS and E.coli were the main pathogens. Drug resistance of common pathogens was serious.It is very important for controlling bloodstream infection effectively to pay attention to the detection of blood culture and making an ecact etiological diagnosis in time.% 目的:了解笔者所在医院血培养病原菌的菌种分布及耐药性.方法:对笔者所在医院2011年1-12月从血培养标本中所分离病原菌的菌种分布及耐药状况进行回顾性分析.结果:
