【摘要】虽然老年急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征患者的数量和比例迅速攀升,但由于出血风险高和并发症多等原因,治疗上较年轻患者更加趋于保守.特别是在老年急性冠脉综合征的抗栓治疗方面,争议和挑战尤为突出.为此,现就目前国内外相关的研究证据进行综述.%Elderly adults constitute a rapidly increasing subgroup of patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome.Due to a higher risk of bleeding and more multiple complications in the elderly,the treatment of acute coronary syndrome is more conservative in these patients than in younger patients.The scarcity of evidence from randomized controlled trials makes antithrombotic therapy in elderly patients particularly challenging and controversial.This article reviews the current evidence on antithrombotic therapy for acute coronary syndrome in the elderly. 【总页数】6页(96-101)
