评价整体护理在宫外孕大出血患者的临床应用效果

【摘要】目的：评价整体护理在宫外孕大出血患者的临床应用效果。方法选择2015年5月-2016年6月我院所收治的宫外孕大出血患者76例作为观察对象，随机分成观察组（38例）与对照组（38例）。所有患者均接受临床常规的护理，观察组除此之外，还接受整体护理。观察患者焦虑情况及护理满意度。结果护理后，观察组焦虑评分低于对照组[（22.28±1.72）vs.（40.71±2.47）]（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组[（92.1%）vs.（73.7%）]（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理应用于宫外孕大出血患者临床治疗中，患者焦虑情况得到明显改善，护理满意度高，临床效果良好。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of holistic nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy bleeding.Methods From May 2015 to June 2016, 76 patients with ectopic pregnancy bleeding in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). All patients received clinical routine care, in addition to, the observation group also received holistic care.
