多物理量测控系统的研制与应用

【摘要】An improved data acquisition and processing system with complete functions for the test of aircraft environmental control systems is developed in this work. The system is based on a personal computer. For the hardware of the system, the existing outmoded instruments are completely replaced by various kinds of transducers to transform the system physical parameters into electric signals. The remote test and control units with their RS-485 interfaces on are directly connected to the computer through RS-485 interfaces. Based on VIEWKING, VISUAL BASIC and ACCESS, the software of the system is designed to construct various kinds of frames, to control the work of high speed data acquisition and dynamic display, and to realize the management of its database. Test results show that the system is reliable in machinery, coordinative between its hardware and software, and practical with efficient performanc.%在原有设备的基础上,全面淘汰落后的测试仪表,将传感器、远程测控单元、RS-485总线、高速数据采集卡有机结合,用先进的工业组态软件、VISUAL BASIC与ACCESS数据库合作快速处理各类数据,控制各类阀门的开关度,来保证测试精度和速度。实验表明:本测控系统的机械可靠性高、数据采集系统的硬件设计和数据处理过程的软件
