探讨大剂量抑酸剂与奥曲肽在消化道出血中的应用

【摘要】目的：探讨大剂量奥美拉唑加奥曲肽治疗消化道出血的效果。方法随机将80例非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者分为两组，每组40例。观察组行大剂量奥美拉唑加奥曲肽治疗，对照组行常规剂量治疗，比较两组疗效。结果对照组总有效率70.0%，观察组为92.5%，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论大剂量奥美拉唑加奥曲肽治疗消化道出血可降低出血量，缩短止血时间。%ObjectiveTo investigate the high-dose omeprazole and the effect

Observation group with high-dose omeprazole and octreotide treatment, control group routine dose treatment, compared two groups of curative effect. Results The control group total effective rate 70.0%, the observation group was 92.5%, two groups total effective rate difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose omeprazole treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding and octreotide can be signiifcantly reduced blood loss, shorten the bleeding time. 【总页数】2页(199-200)
