Abstract
Social practice is an important aspect of College Students' extracurricular education, as well as for the cultivation of College Students' self abilitya important way, so for us college students, in the summer plenty of time to practice, gives us a social awareness and understanding of society, improve the ability of self - important opportunities. As the upcoming sophomore students, social practice can not stay in the first semester freshman that no purpose of confused state, social practice should be combined with our actual situation, can really benefit from, rather than to practice and practice, in order to complete the task and practice. I think that we should have a clear goal, to develop a practical plan for ourselves before we can carry out social practice. Should pay attention to the practice of the process, from the process of exercise themselves, improve their own. Therefore, in order to better understand the society, exercise their own, feel the social employment situation, experience of work, holiday this semester I according to actual situation of the time and during the holidays for a job, although only a month's time, but I think benefit bandit is shallow, basically reached their objective. Just let me understand the hardship of employment pressure, their ability and lack of social, also let me feel happy, a fierce competition in the school free world can not understand the pleasure.
In the eye, we ushered in the University's first summer vacation, how can we make the holiday more rich and meaningful. In paying attention to quality education today, the social practice is an important means for the implementation of quality education, is an important measure to serve the students employment, to promote us to understand society, understand the situation, growth ability, contributing to society, exercise willpower, cultivate character, to enhance their sense of social responsibility with irreplaceable role. College students' social practice can guide our students out of school, to society, contact the society, know the society, to join the community in the form of good; is a good channel to exercise competence training; is to enhance ideological and self-cultivation, establish effective method of thought and society. 摘 要
社会实践是大学生课外教育的一个重要方面，也是大学生自我能力培养的一个重要方式，因此对于我们在校大学生来说，能在寒假有充足的时间进行实践活动，给了我们一个认识社会、了解社会，提高自我能力的重要的机会。作为大二的学生，社会实践也不能停留在大一整个学期的那种毫无目的的迷茫状态，社会实践应结合我们实际情况，能真正从中得到收益，而不是为了实践而实践，为了完成任务而实践。我觉得我们在进行社会实践之前应该有一个明确的目标，为自己制定一个切实可行的计划。应注重实践的过程，从过程中锻炼自己、提高自己。因此，为了更好的了解社会，锻炼自己，感受社会就业的现状，体验一下工作，这学期的假期我根据时间及自己的实际情况在假期期间找了一份工作，虽然仅有七天的时间，但我觉得受益匪浅，基本上达到了自己的目的。短短的工作让我体会到了就业的压力、自己能力的欠缺及社会的艰辛，同时让我感到工作的无比快乐，一种在学校自由天地无法体会到的残酷竞争的“愉悦”。
在万众瞩目中，我们迎来了大学第二个暑假，怎样才能让假期更加丰富而有意义呢。在注重素质教育的今天，社会实践是实施素质教育的重要手段，是服务同学们就业的重要举措，对促进我们了解社会，了解国情，增长才干，奉献社会，锻炼毅力，培养品格，增强社会责任感具有不可替代的作用，大学生社会实践更能引导我们学生走出校门，走向社会，接触社会，了解社会，投身社会的良好形式；是培养锻炼才干的好渠道；是提升思想，修身养性，树立服务社会的思想的有效途径。

前 言
又是一个长假的时节到了，这个暑假，对我来说确实给了人生很大的启发。
因为经历过身心的磨砺和煎熬，让我学会了很多，也坚强了很多，更让我懂得了以后不管面对什么样的工作，我都能过承受。正如一句话“天降与大任，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤”。
所以，我很珍惜这次暑期工给我磨砺的机会在暑假期间，我在我的家乡实习了一个月行政文员助理（总经理）。
本次实践时间为7月19日—8月20日。
