【摘要】 目的对某医院骨科植入医疗器械知情同意书填写状况的调查，旨在规范植入医疗器械知情同意书填写。方法抽查某医院2012年1月-3月的终末病案，检查植入医疗器械知情同意书的填写情况。结果2440份植入医疗器械知情同意书中，存在各种缺漏的达529份，其中部分知情同意书存在多项的缺漏。结论正确填写植入医疗器械知情同意书，具有重要的法律意义，并可以在规范耗材使用中发挥作用。%Objective To investigate the fil-in situation of implantable medical device informed consent and regulate the fil -in of implantable medical device informed consent .Methods Random inspection of terminal medical records from January 2012 to March 2012 was taken to understand the fil-in situation of implantable medical device informed consent .Results A total of 529 are defective among 2440 informed consents .More than one mistake has been found in some defective informed consents .Conclusion The correct fil-in of informed consent has the important meaning of the law ,and can play an important role in consumable usage standard . 【总页数】2页(26-27)
