基于城市热岛效应分析的设计极端最低气温研究

北方地区的换流站设计极端最低气温的选取对于电气设备运行的稳定性具有重要的意义。而现行做法摘要:
通常采用气象站实测极端最低气温在作为电力工程的设计极端最低气温。由于我国气象站多位于城市周边,受城市冬季供暖及热岛效应的影响,其气温观测值与远离城市的变电站、换流站的气象条件往往有较大差异。因此,分析热岛效应对城市实测极端最低气温的影响,合理确定工程地点的最低温度,对于保证电力工程安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。

Research on Design Extreme Minimum Temperature Based
on Urban Heat Island Effect Analysis

Abstract: Design extreme minimum temperature for converter station in northern China is of great signi?cance to the stability of electrical equipment operation. The current practice usually uses the extreme minimum temperature measured by meteorological station as the design extreme minimum temperature of power engineering. Because most of the meteorological stations in our country are located around the city, they are affected by the urban heating in winter and heat island effect, and their temperature observations are often quite different from those of substations and converter stations far away from the city. Therefore, it is of great signi?cance to analyze the effect of heat island effect on the measured extreme minimum temperature in cities and to determine the minimum temperature at the project site reasonably for ensuring the safe and stable operation of electric power projects.

±800 kV锡盟换流站位于内蒙古自治区锡林浩特市东北部约45 km处的草场上,海拔高度1136 m,换流站周边是平坦,空旷的草场。距离换流站最近的建筑群是毛登牧场,距离为7 km。毛登牧场有自动观测气象数据的自动气候站。锡盟换流站设计时极端最低气温采用锡
林浩特气象站实测值-42.4℃(1952-2014年)。
2016年1月23日,毛登牧场气候站观测到-43.0℃的极端最低气温,而同日锡林浩特气象站观测到的最低气温仅为-38.4℃。因此有理由怀疑锡盟换流站的气温应该比锡林浩特气象站的气温要低。采用气象站实测极端最低气温作为换流站的极端最低气温时,电气设备
