了解膨化食品调料机的相关原理、组成,并查找相关资料,设计相应的零部件结构或机构,实
现膨化食品调料机的基本功能要求。主要内容为膨化食品调料机装配的手工绘图、以及相应零部件的二维图设计和手工绘制图。选择典型零件进行工艺分析,编写机械加工工艺过程卡片,用CAXA制造工程师进行造型设计,并生成刀具轨迹及加工仿真。
2 膨 化 食 品 调 料 机 工 作 原 理
2.1 引言
本次设计的主要内容是膨化食品调料机结构设计,首先要了解调料混合机装置的基本构成及工作原理,然后根据其技术要求进行设计。
调料混合操作常用于原料的配制及产品的制造,如谷物、面粉的混合、粉状食品中添加辅料和添加剂、固体饮料的制造、汤粉的制造、调味粉的制造、医药等等。
对于标准件,可以在相应的资料中获得。其他零部件,首先要根据技术要求,选择合适的材料,然后对其结构设计,其中要注意件与件之间的连接方式。
设计是一个将机构的各个零件分别建模然后在软件中进行组装的过程。装配的过程中要注意各个零件之间的配合。
