职业院校产教融合的探索和思考

【摘 要】职业教育产教融合是我国社会经济快速发展对职业教育提出的必然要求，是现代职业教育发展的重要指导思想。论文对职业教育产教融合的内涵进行了研究，通过对目前产教融合中面临的现实困境进行了分析，并对如何解决进行了思考，对于职业学校产教融合的实施和发展有一定的参考意义。
【Abstract】The integration of industry and education in vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the rapid development of social economy in China， and an important guiding ideology for the development of modern vocational education. This paper studies the connotation of the integration of industry and education in vocational education， analyzes the current difficulties in the integration of industry and education， and considers how to solve them， which has certain reference significance for the implementation and development of the integration of industry and education in vocational schools.

产教融合，是一个系统的广义概念，是职业教育中的一种人才培养模式，围绕着人才培养的目标，通过制定相关政策、建立相关体制，使得“产”和“教”两大主体要素充分发挥其各自的优势，在理念、资源、制度、信息和成果等多方面实现深度融合，形成一个有机的整体，共同培育能适应和促进区域地方社会经济发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才。产教融合是职业教育的最基本属性，也是职业教育的重要特征，充分体现了职业教育的产业性和跨界性特质。从产教融合概念中可以看出，职业教育中的产教融合有几个明显的特征：
①“多主体”特征。职业教育产教融合是政府、产业、企业、院校等多种主体共同协同育人的系统工程。政府机关部门有着政策法规的主导性地位，需要以服务地方经济为抓手，深入参与产教融合的政策制定、实施和管理，搭建产教融合平台。行业机构、产业集团、龙头企业在区域社会经济发展中占据引导地位，需要从专业的角度，制定行业发展规划，引领行业发展方向，并对职业学校的人才培养、专业建设等方面进行指导。职业学校作为育人的主体，在育人
