通过几年来专业教学改革探索，我院高职建筑工程专业的教学工作体现了以培养学生的建筑技术应用能力培养和基本素质养成为主线的高职教育特色。我们主要采取以下措施：

1、通过选用和自编，建设了一套完整适用的高职建筑工程专业教材和教学辅导资料体系。

2、加大投资力度，添置设备、完善项目，建成设备先进、状态良好的力学、建材、土工、测量、水电工等实验室；建成设施配套齐全，适宜教学的建筑施工中各工种操作的实训场馆；建成能够满足教学需要的微机、多媒体教室和网上资料馆；建立了能满足学生进行各类实习，到生产第一线顶岗训练的固定的校外实习基地。

3、组织教师了解行业对本专业需求人才的业务规格和质量要求，开张教育思想、教育观念、教学内容、教育方法的讨论，确立新时期的人才观和质量观，明确教学质量改革，明确专业教学改革的目的和意义，对课程体系进行优化，教学体系以应用能力和综合素质培养为主线，课程设置以培养技术应用能力为核心。

4、通过教学内容、教学方法和手段的改革，落实高职学生基本专业素质和技术应用能力的培养，是其与传统的高等教育的根本区别，理论课教学注重基本理论、基本概念和基本方法的阐述，以“必须够用”为原则，突出应用，使其更具有针对性，实践环节教学以培养学生的技术应用能力为目标，带有实际应用背景，贴近生产实际。

5、加强对学生进行爱国主义和集体教育，加强马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和江泽民为首的第三代领导集体的思想、路线、方针政策的教育，使学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，强化学生的体育锻炼和生产劳动锻炼，使他们既具有强健的体魄，又具有吃苦耐劳的品质。通过有意识地组织学生参加

二、专业人才的知识、能力和素质结构的建立

我们在广泛深入调查研究基础上，通过对行业岗位群工作领域和技术领域人才能力要求的分析，确定了高职建筑工程专业毕业生应有的知识、能力和素质结构。

1、素质结构

为了达到专业培养目标，充分体现高职建筑工程专业以培养学生基本素质和建筑技术应用能力为主的教育特色，是毕业生具备专业教学改革目标规定的知识、能力和素质结构，在构建理论教学体系时我们主要注重了以下几方面能力和因素的整合。

（一）专家认为，思想政治、职业道德、敬业精神和协作能力是素质结构的第一要素，是核心，因此我们设置二个学期的政治课以及课外讲座，开设马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、哲学、经济、法律等课程；开设三个学期的体育课、健康教育等身心素质教育讲座及各类体育活动。使学生学会做人、学会学习、学会工作、学会生存。

（二）能力本位要求构建课程体系，调整课程结构，优化课程设置，通过职业能力分析，确定本专业必须的、够用的知识点、能力点，从而构建出课程体系。体现职业教育既是学历教育又是就业前培训的思想，突出职业能力训练，突出技术应用。根据这些知识点、能力点的要求，设置了《英语》等九门课的基本文化素质模块、英语模块、《计算机基础》等两门课的计算机模块、《建筑制图》等三门课程的制图与识图模块、测量模块、《建筑结构》等四门课的结构设计模块、《建筑施工》等八门课的施工技术与管理模块、《建筑材料》等两门课的工程试验模块和《建筑工程预算》等两门课的工程造价模块，通过实施模块教学，学生除了可以获得相应的政府知识外，还可以获得计算机二级、实用英语三级证书和绘图员、测量工、施工员、质检员、试验员、造价员等岗位证书，此外理论教学进程表只列出四门必须开设的选修课，根据实际情况可增设选修课内容。

（三）高职建筑工程专业毕业生应具有高职高专毕业生必须的科学文化知识及基本素养，培养提高综合素质及能力，因此设置了外语、高等数学、微机基础等课程。为适应新时期的需要，加大微机基础课时数，并开设微机应用课程及各类软件讲座，同时在专业课程教学中都强调相应电脑软件的教学应用，如结构力学计算软件、建筑制图软件、房屋建筑设计软件、建筑结构设计软件、预算软件、施工管理软件等。

（四）更新教学内容，紧紧围绕技术应用能力和基本素质培养这条主线，突出专业基本概念、基本知识和基本技能，突出职业能力训练、技术应用，删除超越高职层次的内容，尤其是纯理论性的过多的分析和公式推导。此外，努力更

（五）我们设想，在最后一个学期，根据社会需求和用人单位意见，以及学生在校期间学习成绩和学生本人愿望，进行专门化方向分流，完成毕业前的强化训练。即有些学生搞综合性毕业设计；有些学生去工地进行毕业综合实习；有些学生继续上课；有些学生进行预算员、资料员、施工员等岗位的强化训练。为毕业后能尽快适应岗位，上岗就能顶岗奠定基础。

四、主要实践教学体系的构建

在构建实践教学体系时，我们应注重了以下几方面：

1、为了达到专业培养目标，培养高职建筑过程工程专业学生的建筑技术应用能力，强化学生实践动手能力，我们结合本专业的知识点、能力点，构建了实践教学体系。根据目前施工一线情况和今后发展趋势，我们将增加了建筑测绘、钢筋混凝土工程施工设计等内容，删除了工业厂房构件吊装设计、砌体结构设计等内容，使实践教学体系更加贴近生产实际。

2、以技能培养为核心，突出实践教学，使学生一就业就能上岗，我们增加了实践环节教学周数，体现了高职特色，经统计，实践占总学时的50.06%。此外，还有各类实验和部分理论课程的实践训练，如微机基础、微机应用、测量等课程。

3、根据适应建筑工程生产一线技术与管理工作的需要，让学生熟悉建筑工程主要工种操作非常重要，我们在生产实习中进行主要工种实训，要求学生掌握应知部分，熟悉应会部分。同时设置了认识实习、测量实习、毕业实习，学生可以在校内实训馆实习，也可到课外实习基地实习。部分实习、实训项目安排在教学划中，由于开放实习场馆，部分实习、实训项目可在假期或学生业余时间进行。

4、开放微机教室和实验室，学生可以利用业余时间进行电脑操作训练和自主设计，独立完成实验。在教师的指导下，充分发挥学生的主观能动性，培养学生对工作的积极性、创造性和责任感。

这样构建的实践教学体系，在内容、时间上多于传统大专建筑工程专业的实践教学，在深度、广度上优于中专工民建专业的实践教学体系，能够满足高职建筑工程的需要，体现高职特色。
