【摘要】Objective To investigate the external bone fixing operation in the common complications and treatment method. Methods A retrospective analysis of 127 cases in our hospital from 2009 January to 2012 January in Department of orthopedics (142 limbs) were treated by external fixation fracture patients, according to the difference in the choice of anesthesia in patients with dif erent, open fractures should first debridement, adequate exploration using primary wound, operation were treated with external fixation. Results A total of 29 patients (30 limbs) complications (22.8%). After treatment al cured. Conclusion External fixation procedure must master the operation method, and can design the fixed frame according to the different characteristics of fracture, strengthening nursing and fol ow-up after operation can ef ectively reduce the incidence of complications.%目的探讨骨外固定手术中常见的并发症及处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院骨科2009年1月~2012年1月收治的127例(142个肢体)骨外固定骨折患者，根据患者病情的差异选择不同的麻醉方式，开放性骨折首先要清创，利用原伤口进行充分探查，手术均行常规骨外固定技术。结果共有29例患者(30个肢体)出现并发症(22.8%)。后经治疗全部治愈。结论骨外固定技术要求术者必须熟练掌握操
