从牡丹皮中提取丹皮酚

摘 要：通过正交实验设计（3因素3水平）得到9个不同实验条件，再经过水蒸气蒸馏法从牡丹皮中提取得到了丹皮酚，从而得到最佳实验条件，最佳实验方案的条件是蒸馏时间5小时，流速5mL?min-1，加水倍数18倍。

The extraction of paeonal from cotex moutan
Abstract：The experimental conditions were obtained by positive coross trial and got the paeonol from moutan by the method of water vapour distillation.Thus, The best parameter of technology showed that the distillation time of five hours,the flow rate of five milliliters per minute and the water multiple of eighteen.
