【摘要】Objective To investigate the noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD with respiratory failure type. Methods 60 cases with AECOPD complicated with respiratory failure type were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Patients were observed before and after treatment of the foundation and heart rate, arterial blood pH, partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide and other indicators. The results of the control group after treatment of each index did not change significantly, observation group was obviously improved. Conclusion noninvasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD and II type respiratory failure can quickly and effectively improve the body of each index, is an effective method to treat the disease.%目的探讨无创呼吸机在治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的护理。方法将60例AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。观察治疗前后患者的基础情况及其心率、动脉血pH、氧分压、二氧化碳分压等指标。结果对照组治疗后各指标变化不明显，观察组各指标均得到明显改善。结论无创呼吸机正压通气治疗AECOPD并I 型呼吸衰竭可有效快速地
