Infra-structure – Spacing / Room requirements 基础结构－空间/房间要求 The SMATV Head End shall be located in the SMATV Room. Adequate space, power, ventilation and air conditioning shall be designed.

SMATV的地面接收站应在机房内。应有足够的电力、空间、通风、空调以使系统正常运作。

A. Satellite & Cable ROOM 卫星和有线电视机房

1. We suggest to use the mobile phone signal amplification room as the Satellite room and Cable TV

room of the hotel, located on the B1 floor (at grid line 57 & grid line 11M), 19.1square meters, marked in blue in following picture.

我们建议将手机信号放大房作为酒店卫星机房和有线电视机房合用，位于地下一层(在57轴线和11M轴线之间)，面积约为19.1平方米，如下图中蓝色区域的位置：

2. In general, the following systems shall be housed in the all SMATV room:

一般情况下，SMATV间应包括下列系统：

a. Termination blocks and patch panels for all incoming riser backbone cables. 所有引入的主干电缆终端及配线架。

b. Patch panels for vertical communications cables. 垂直通信电缆面板 。

c. Modulators, Demodulators, Processors, Descramblers, Decoders Converters. 调节器、解调器、处理器、加密器、解码器、转换器等。

3. The SMATV room shall be located to avoid potential sources of electro-mechanical interference

(EMI) from large motors, switchgear or transformers and the like. The room shall be arranged so that it is not susceptible to flooding from sources inside or outside the building. The room shall not be traversed by wet pipes, either run overhead or along the walls, excepting any that might be required to support specific systems within the room.

SMATV机房应避免大型发动机，接电装置或者变压器等电源及类似设备，该房间应防止来自建筑物内部或外部的水源侵入。并且房间内不允许贯穿带有潮湿性的管道，既不能铺设在头顶部也不能沿墙铺设，除非在房间内有特殊的系统需求。

4. The room walls shall be of slab-to-slab construction1, to facilitate the outfitting of the rooms for environmental conditioning and fire protection/isolation. A suspended ceiling is not required or desired. All penetrations shall be sealed to prevent the passage of fire, smoke and gas. The walls, floor and ceiling shall be sealed and cured to eliminate dust.

室内墙面应是混凝土构造，以便于房间的设备的有利环境条件和防火或隔离火源，天花板采用随附悬挂式吸音板。所有的穿越机房的管线应是密封的以防止火源、浓烟和气体。墙体、地板和天花应是密封和除尘的。

A lockable double door of 1.5 meter wide by 2 .2meter high is preferred. The door shall allow direct access for authorized staff with door access control system.

房门首选尺寸为宽1.5米，高2.2米。只允许授权员工通过门禁控制系统直接进入。 Security camera shall be installed in room. 机房内应安装视频监控摄像机。

Floors shall be covered with anti-static 300 mm raised floor. 地板是300毫米的抗静电VAT活动地板。

The floor loading of equipment room is not less than 10KN/m2. 机房地面荷载要求为不小于10 KN/m2。

Building systems and services shall be designed to insure a high level of fault tolerance to the room. 建筑系统和服务的设计应确保在高误差的范围内正常服务。

FM200 system shall be provided for the room. Wet pipes, serving areas outside the room shall not pass through the room.

FM200自动气体灭火系统应为此房间提供。来自房间外部的易潮的管道不允许经过此房间。 Finishes in the rooms shall be light in color to enhance lighting. Finishes shall be non-volatile and applied before room fit out. Lighting requirements shall be a minimum of 550 lux at 1000 AFF with fixtures located so as to fully illuminate both front and rear of equipment rack locations. Emergency lighting should be provided.

房间的装饰层应是抛光色以提高照明度，装饰层的材料应为非挥发性并在装备之前应用过。灯光的要求应至少在1000AFF 高度的固定位置达到550 lux以为了完全的照亮前端和设备机柜前后方面。提供应急灯作备用！

Lighting fixtures, motors, air conditioning, etc shall not be powered from the same electrical

distribution panel as the telecommunications equipment in the room. Electrical transformers shall not be located within the room or on adjacent walls outside the room.

照明器材，发动机，空气调节装置等，不能从同一配电板供电，也包括电信的设备。变压器不要放置在室内或者隔壁相邻的一侧墙处。

A solid copper earthing busbar shall be provided for signal earthing connections. The earthing busbar shall be bonded to the appropriate ground conductor, with a ground resistance less than 4 Ohms.

一个固定的接地铜排应提供独立接地连接。接地铜排应接地与合适的地面导体连接，并带有至少4欧姆的接地电阻。

The building HVAC systems serving the room shall be capable of 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week operation.2 The environmental limits for the room shall be 21-22 degrees Celsius and 50-60 percent relative humidity, non-condensing. The room shall be equipped with high-temperature, high

humidity and fire alarms that report to the security and/or BMS console. Positive pressure shall be maintained within the room, with a minimum of one air exchange per hour.

HVAC系统应提供全天24小时，一周7天的服务。环境要求室内温度为21~22摄氏度，相对湿度为百分之50-60，无凝固。房间应装备高温高湿和火警报警装置以事故发生时报告给安防及/或BMS控制台。室内静压应被维持并至少保证每小时一次换气。

Power circuits for all equipment located within the room shall be fed from an electrical panel dedicated to these loads and located within the room. The serving panel shall be fed with an

oversized (1.7X minimum) neutral conductor in anticipation of high harmonic switching power supplies. The panel shall be supported by a centralized UPS with 0.5 hour backup batteries and stand-by generator system. The total power of this SMATV room shall need 10 KW, 220V at least. 对于所有位于房间内设备的电源电路应从一个可以满足这些负载并位于房间内的电气仪表处得到反馈。该服务控制板应反馈带有特大号（至少1.7寸）中性导体用的高次诣波开关电源的预测。该控制板应支持集中式UPS（0.5小时续航时间）和备用的发电机系统。这个卫星机房的总电源应需要至少为10 KW，220V。

16. Circuits may be brought to the equipment racks, cabinets and stand-alone devices from overhead,

stubbing the branch conduits down and attaching them to overhead cable tray. Terminations may be in double receptacle boxes or in rack-mounted plugmold strips, as determined during design. Each circuit shall be fed with a separate neutral conductor and separate “green grounding” conductor.

电路将由上而下通过分支管道并捆绑在架空托盘到达机柜以及独立的设备上。在设计期间决定，每个机柜应有2个强电插座或采用机柜型的电源插线板。每个电路应有独立的中线及接地线。

17. In addition to outlets dedicated to telecommunications equipment, electrical convenience outlets

(220V, 10Amp, duplex, U-ground) shall be provided at 2-meter intervals within the room. A

maximum of four duplex utility outlets shall be fed from a single circuit. All branch circuiting shall include a “green grounding” conductor from the distribution panel ground busbar to all electrical utility outlets in the room. Each rack shall be provided two ways power circuits with 2x 16A 220V power supply with 2x 16A power socket, one circuit shall be from UPS, and the other shall be from local city power supply or diesel generator.

除机柜外，在机房中，每两米距离应有一个220V，10A的强电插座，每回路最多只能连接4个双功用插座，所有分支电路应包括一个来自到所有房间内的电源功能插座的配电板接地导体。每个机柜应提供2路220V 16A的电源和插座，这个两回路，一路来自于UPS，一路来自市电或柴发。

18. In SMATV room, the UPS with 0.5 hours batteries shall be provided for equipment.

在卫星机房，应为设备提0.5小时续航的UPS及电池组。

In addition, SMATV room shall be constructed in accordance with the related national and local standards, including GB50174-2017 Standard. If these standards is in conflict with this text, strictest requirement shall be only selected, and the national or local compulsory standard must be implemented.

机房工程的建设应符合国家和当地的相关标准，其中包括GB50174-2017《数据中心设计规范》，如与本文有冲突，请以最严格的要求为准，并且必须执行国家和当地的强制性标准。

4. Provide 4 coaxial backbone cables and 4 Category 6 cables to the provisional satellite dish location

to support future satellite dish platform foundation from the Television Systems Head End Room. In addition, provisional power feeds are required for the same.

5. Corrosion resistant, suitable for climate installed (e.g. marine quality if near the ocean) and for

moderate industrial environments.

11. The SMATV satellite installation need 1000W x 1000L x 400Dmm plinth.
