摘 要
21世纪是信息的时代，是网络的时代，进入信息社会高速发展的时代，数字化革命给所有领域带来新的改变。随着Internet的普及，网页逐渐融入人们的生活，快速及时地浏览新闻，获取五彩缤纷的网上信息，已成为人们日常生活的一部分，与此同时越来越多的企业建立了自己的信息发布网站，企业通过网站可以发布最新动态，与用户进行交流和沟通，开展电子商务等。
本文使用ASP.NET(C#语言)开发,为了保证系统性能的高效性、可扩展性，以及达到数据共享和网络化管理的目的，本系统采用B/S体系结构进行设计开发。实现了网站新闻的动态管理，使得对信息的管理更加及时、高效，提高了工作效率，具有一般新闻系统的功能，主要包括前台新闻查看区和后台管理区，可为发布新闻，为网站提供新闻发布与管理的服务。

Abstract
21st century is the era of information, is the era of networks, entered the era of rapid evelopment of the information society,all areas of the digital revolution brought new changes. As the popularity of Internet, the page becomes progressively more integrated into people's lives, rapid and timely news gets colorful online information, has become a part of daily life, at the same time more and more enterprises have established their own information publishing site, the enterprise can publish news via the Web, exchange and communicate with the user, such as e-commerce.
This article uses ASP.NET (c language) development, in order to ensure performance of the system's efficiency, scalability, and data sharing, and network management purposes, the system uses b/s
architecture design and development. Realization of dynamic management of the site news, leads to a more timely and efficient information management, improved productivity, has a general function of information system, management zone news view includes the foreground and the background, press release, news publishing and management services for Web sites. This article discusses dynamic Web development
