Step 1: Greetings &Class rules &Warming-up(10m’)
Greeting:
Ding ding dong, It’s time for class. Hello, everybody. Now, tell me, (Pass the ball one by one.)
1. What’s your name? Help Ss to answer: I’m **. Ss come to the front and say: Hello, everyone, I’m… 2. How are you? Good./So-so./Great./Fine. 3.What do you like? I like... Class rules:

老师指着图片,大声说:listen to the teacher. YES. (3~4 times)
Then: T: listen to the T. Ss: Yes (3~4 times) The same with the other pictures. Ss act and say YES or NO. Warming-up: (instructions):
(When I say “1, 2, 3”, you say “4, 4,4”,ok?
T says and performs 2~3 times now everyone stands up; let’s do a warming-up)
Let’s sing a song: How’s the weather? + Don’t worry. Watch DVD. Then T sings and acts. (TPR)
Step 3: Review
Words: village/boy/grass/morning/afternoon/wolf/idea/cabbages/
beans/tomatoes/potatoes.

Step 4: SE (Unit 7) (30’)
Contents: How’s the weather? It’s hot. Get your cap, please.OK.
Watch the cartoon. Words learning: Learn weather/hot/cap. Game 1: Touch and say.
Game 2: Jump and say. Game 3: Clap and say. Watch the cartoon again.
Sentences learning:How’s the weather?It’s hot./It’s cold. Get your cap,please.OK.
T performs and input “It’s hot./It’s cold.”, then Ss act when T say. Practice games: Game 1:Trick game. Game 2: Stop
Game 3: Can you hear me?
Game(output): Share food with others.
Step 6: Consolidation:
Picture books: Unit7, Ss point and say the sentences.. Sticker time: paste the stickers on the picture books. Homework: Activity 5 家长签字。 竞争机制:
