基于PLC的污水处理控制系统设计 DESIGN OF SEWAGE TREATMENT

CONTROL SYSTEM

摘要

随着经济社会的发展,污水排放严重危害到了人们的生活环境质量,设计一种有效的污水处理控制系统具有重要意义。本文通过比较国内外污水处理控制系统的基础上,设计了一种基于PLC技术的污水处理控制系统,具体内容如下:

(1)叙述了污水处理的基本原理,完成了系统的总体设计,并绘制了系统硬件主电路图、电源控制电路图和PLC控制电路原理图;

(2)应用PLC技术,完成了对总系统的手控和自控模式转换以及系统各部分启停在自控模式下运行的软件设计;

(3)应用组态软件实现了对系统流程的监控和操作。

仿真调试表明,本论文设计的污水处理控制系统具有生产效率高、可靠性高、工序流程易实现、操作简便等特点,可满足污水处理流程的自动控制需要。

Abstract

With the development of society and economy,the discharged sewage is seriously harmful to the quality of people's living environment,the design of an efficient sewage treatment control system has important significance.Comparing with the domestic sewage treatment control system, the thesis designed a sewage treatment control system that was based on the technology of PLC,the specific contents are as follows:

(1)Described the basic principle of sewage treatment,completed the overall design of the system,and drawed the system hardware the main circuit,power supply control circuit and PLC control circuit;

(2)With the technology of PLC,completed the software design of a total system for the conversion between hand control and automatic control mode,and each part of the system's starting and stopping in automatic control mode;

(3)It had finished monitoring and operating the system's processes,using the software of configuration.

Simulation experiments showed that, the design of sewage treatment control system has the advantages of high production efficiency, high reliability, easy realization of process flow, simple operation,and so on .It can meet the need of automatic control of sewage treatment process.
