白及愈疡汤治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎45例临床观察

【摘要】目的 观察白及愈疡汤治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及不良反应.方法 将90例慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组.治疗组45例予白及愈疡汤,对照组45例予柳氮磺胺吡啶片.2组均6周为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效及观察症候学改变、红细胞沉降率、粪潜血阳性、C反应蛋白阳性情况.结果 治疗组临床治愈率62.22％,对照组临床治愈率20.00％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组治疗前后症候学改变比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；治疗组治疗前后红细胞沉降率、粪潜血阳性及C反应蛋白阳性比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 白及愈疡汤治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎疗效可靠.%Objective To observe the effect and adverse reaction of Baijiyuyang decoction on the treatment of chronic non - specific ulcerative colitis. Methods 90 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2 groups, each including 45 patients. The treatment group received Baijiyuyang decoction. The control group received salicylazosulfamethazine tablet. The course was six weeks in two groups. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed after two courses. Results The cure rate in treatment group and control group was 62. 22% and 20. 00% . There was significant difference between two groups ( P <0. 05 ) . There was significant difference
between before and after treatment on the changes of symptomatology in treatment group ( P < 0. 01). There was significant difference between before and after treatment on erythrocyte sedimentation rate, positive of fecal occult blood and c -reactive protein positive in treatment group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Baijiyuyang decoction was reliable on the treatment of chronic non - specific ulcerative colitis. 【总页数】3页(1457-1459)
