PURPOSE:To input a Chinese character at a high speed, by registering in advance a Chinese character consisting of one Chinese character corresponding to a ''Kana'' (Japanese syllabary) character of an object to be converted, in a high speed converting table, and registering other Chinese characters in a dictionary, and outputting a Chinese character by selecting it from both of them.
