多囊卵巢综合征的临床分析

【摘要】目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗。方法对多囊卵巢综合征临床30例临床治疗资料进行分析。结果30例多囊卵巢综合征用药期间均有月经来潮，其中9例妊娠，治疗前后性激素水平变化，FSH、LH无改变，LH/FSH比值略减少，T水平降低。结论PCOS由于长期无排卵、月经紊乱引起不育。恢复排卵是首要的治疗，调整月经、预防子宫内膜增生及腺癌。%Objective To explore the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Analyzed 30 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome clinical data. Results During the 30 cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome had menses,9 cases of pregnancy, changes in hormone levels before and after treatment , FSH, LH no change , LH/FSH ratio decreased slightly , T levels were reduced. Conclusion PCOS due to the long anovulatory menstrual disorders cause infertility. Restore ovulation is the primary treatment, adjust menstruation, prevention of endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma. 【总页数】2页(69-70)
