摘 要

本建筑物为长沙联通通信大楼,办公楼建筑面积为12065.01㎡(其中地下1520.64 ㎡,地上10544.37 ㎡),规划净用地面积8766.92㎡,地上12层,建筑高度51.9m,为一类高层建筑。

本次设计针对六至十二层档案室、办公用房和会议用房进行暖通空调设计。 六至十二层建筑面积7881.5㎡,总冷负荷879.9kW,总热负荷593.2kW,总冷指标为111.6W/㎡,总热指标为75.3kW,新风量为42660m3/h,新风冷负荷为414.1kW,新风热负荷为482.0kW。

在本次设计中,空调系统按功能与负荷的不同分为三区:建筑的6层主要为档案室,采用VRV多联机加全热交换新风系统;7-11层主要为办公室,采用VRV多联机加全热交换新风系统;12层为大会议室及配套房间,采用多联式新风处理机作为全新风的处理机,采用一次回风的空气调节方式。

卫生间的排风量按15次/h计算。

本次设计通过各种空调方案的可行性分析,选择适宜的空调方案进行经济性比较,最终选择既舒适又经济的空调,以期满足“生命建筑”的设计主题。设计的过程中使用到了CAD、THvac、ACS、PKPM以及Fluent等电脑辅助设计软件。通过PKPM对建筑的外围护结构的节能进行分析,通过CAD、THvac、ACS对建筑进行冷、热负荷的计算,也对空调的风系统和水系统的平面图和轴测图进行绘制与计算,通过Fluent对新风罩送风形式的温度场和速度场进行仿真模拟。

Abstract

has twelve floors above the ground and its height is 51.9m. The building is ClassⅠHigh-rise Public Building.

It’s designed for six to twelve layer of archives, office space and conference room for HVAC design.

The total construction area from layer six to twelve is 7881.5

, and the total

cooling load is 879.9 kW. Total heat load is 593.2 kW. Total cold index is 111.6 W/㎡. Total heat index is 75.3kW. Fresh air volume is 42660 is 414.1 kW. Fresh air heat load is 482.0 kW.

In this design, the air conditioning system is divided according to functions and load into three areas: layer 6 is equipped with Variable Refrigerant Volume Air Conditioning System and Total Heat Exchange Air System for archives; layer 7-11 are designed to be office space with Variable Refrigerant Volume Air Conditioning System and Total Heat Exchange Air System; And layer 12 is designed for large conference room with Multi-type Processor Of Fresh Air as the Fresh Air Processor and Central Air-conditioning System with Primary Return Air.

The exhaust air in the lavatory is calculated by the 15 times/h.

Through feasibility analysis and comparison of economy of different air conditioning systems, this design tries to find out a suitable scheme which provides comfort and is also economical, in order to meet the “Life Building” design theme.

CAD, THvac, ACS, PKPM and Fluent softwares are used in the designing process. PKPM is used for energy saving analysis of the building enclosure structure. CAD and THvac, ACS are used for calculation of cooling load and thermal load of the building and for drawing planar graphs and shaft mapping of the Air Conditioning
