重型颅脑外伤患者血清 MicroRNA 765的表达与预后的研

【摘要】目的：检测血清MicroRNA765（ miR-765）的表达与重型颅脑外伤（ sTBI ）患者预后的关系。方法应用实时定量PCR检测健康对照组（ CTL）、sTBI组监测患者伤后第1、4、7天血清miR-765水平。结果sTBI组血清miR-765表达水平相对CTL组有显著改变（P＜0．05），患者miR-765第一天开始上升，第4天达峰值水平，第7天明显下降，并与脑外伤后6个月GOS评分显著负相关，也与入院时GCS评分负相关。结论sTBI患者血清miR-765z早期变化可以作为评价患者预后的重要生化指标之一。%Objective To investigate the dynamic change of expression levels of miR-765 and evaluate the prognostic value in in severe traumatic brain injury ( sTBI ) .Method Blood samples were collected from patients with sTBI and healthy subjects .Expression levels of miR-765 were detected by real-time PCR at 1 , 4 , 7 days after injury .Results It was significantly expression levels of miR-765 in serum between sTBI and CTL group ( P<0.05) , expression levels of miR-765 in serum increased to the peak at 7 days and was significantly negatively correlated with GOS scores after 6 months of injury in sTBI group .Expression levels of miR-765 was also negatively correlated with GCS score at 1 day after
