【摘要】Cystic echinococcosis (CE) and alveolar echinococcosis (AE) are two main types of hepatic echinococcosis.At present,there are many surgical therapeutic methods for human hepatic echinococcosis,and the differences of skills and non-standard procedures in the diagnosis and treatment still exist in different areas.The expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic cystic and alveolar echinococcosis (2015 edition) was presented by experts of Chinese College of Surgeons (CCS) Chinese Committee for Hadytidology (CCH) in order to promote the cure rate of patients and set the standards of the diagnosis and treatment for hepatic echinococcosis.In this article,surgeons should focus on the following aspects of CE and AE,including biological characteristics,classification,diagnosis evaluation,treatment
principle,surgical
procedure,preoperative procedure,standardized
pharmacotherapy and systematic follow-up.%肝包虫病主要有囊型和泡型两种类型.目前肝包虫病外科治疗的手术方式繁多,不同地区诊断与治疗技术水平存在差别,流程不规范.为规范肝包虫病的诊断与治疗,最大限度提高治愈率,中国医师协会外科医师分会包虫病外科专业委员会组织相关领域的专家制订了《肝两型包虫病诊断与治疗专家共识(2015版)》,重点阐述肝两型包虫病的生物学特
性、分型、诊断流程、术前评估、治疗原则、手术方式的选择、操作规范、规范药物治疗及随访等方面,供临床医师参考. 【总页数】12页(253-264)
