大部分细纱机的纱管与锭杆之间采用锥而贴合实现自锁，锭杆的外锥而与纱管的内锥而贴合得较为紧密，以保证细纱机纺纱时纱管商速运转平稳，噪声小，功率消耗小.其靠落纱尤其是将纱管与锭杆停靠分离（卸载）非常重要。
液压卸纱装置是计对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种液压握紧卸管装置.它以小碰纱线将纱管与锭杆分离开来完成卸载作过程.同时具有自动化程度高装置简中.靠等优点适合用于移动式自动落纱机使用。 关键词：纺织业；落纱机；自动化；移动式自动落纱

Abstract
Textile industry is strong competitiveness and high degree of dependence on international industry in China, is labourintensive and traditional industries with a comparative advantage, are important pillars of the national economy and export industries in China.
