一、业务培养目标 1、Educational Objectives

工商管理专业培养具备管理、经济、法律及企业战略规划、形象设计、生产运作、物流规划与供应链管理等专门知识和能力,能在企、事业单位及政府部门从事相关规划与经营管理工作,并能独立从事教学与科研活动,适应社会主义市场经济发展的,特别能吃苦、特别能适应、特别能创新、特别能竞争,善于沟通、亲和力强的应用性、专业性高级工商管理人才。

Specialty in Business Administration aims at fostering advanced talents who master all kinds of knowledge of management, economics, law, corporate strategy planning, corporate imagine design, operation and manufacturing management, logistics and supply chain management, and have competence for planning and management in various companies, undertakings and governmental departments. At the same time, its graduates, with special aptitude for hard working,

adaptability, innovation, competition, affability and communication, can also take up the instructive and scientific research works in colleges, universities and scientific research units.

会计学专业培养具备管理、经济、法律和会计学等方面的知识和能力,能在企、事业单位及政府部门从事会计实务以及教学、科研方面工作的工商管理学科高级专门人才。

This program aims to train high-class professionals with knowledge of management, economics, laws and accounting, who will be able to engage in practice and management of accounting, teaching and scientific research work in all kinds of business enterprises, correlative science research branches and government offices.

财务管理专业培养具有较强市场经济意识和社会适应能力,具有较宽广的管理、经济、法律和财会、金融理论基础以及相关学科的原理性知识,能够在工商企业、金融机构、政府与事业单位、中介机构从事理财、会计、金融、管理咨询及其它相关经济管理工作的具有一定专业技能的高级专门人才。

The major of Financial Management prepares

students to be qualified financial professionals。They are tended to have strong market economy consciousness and social adaptability, and master basic knowledge of a wide broad covering management, economy, law, accounting, finance and so on. They also should be qualified to work in such places as accounting, financing, and managerial places in industrial and commercial enterprises, financial institutions, government or nonprofit institutions and intermediary agencies.

市场营销专业培养具备管理、经济、法律、市场营销等方面的知识和能力,能在企、事业单位及政府部门从事市场营销与管理以及教学、科研方面工作的工商管理学科高级专门人才。

This major aims to cultivate the candidates with ability and knowledge of management, economics, legislation, marketing, and other aspects. The candidate will be able to work in either organizations, or governmental organs to engage in aspects of business administration

The specialty of Human Resource Management (HRM) aims at fostering advanced talents who master all kinds of knowledge of management, economics, law and HRM, and have competence for HRM in various companies, nonprofit organizations and governmental units, as well as economic and administrative departments. At the same time, its graduates can also take up the instructive and scientific research works in colleges, universities and scientific research units.

二、业务培养要求

2、Educational Requirement

工商管理专业学生主要学习管理学、经济学和企业管理的基本理论、基本知识和基本方法,重点接受工商企业战略规划、形象设计、生产运作、物流规划与供应链管理等管理方法与技巧方面的基本训练,具有分析和解决企业战略规划、形象设计、生产运作、物流规划与供应链管理及其相关管理问题等的能力。 毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识与能力。
