个性化护理服务在抽血中心的应用

【摘要】The holistic nursing care highlights the need for individualized nursing based on respect, understanding and concern in the 21\century. We analyzed the characteristics of patients in drawing blood center of outpatient department of large hospital, explained the implied hidden dangers and introduced the individualized nursing measures in our hospital aimed directly at different patients. We achieved satisfied effects and provided appropriated services by taking individualized nursing measures.!世纪强调以尊重、理解、关怀为基础的个性化护理,本文分析了大型医院门诊抽血的现状,对其中隐含的诸多隐患进行剖析,并介绍了我院针对不同患者所采用个性化的护理举措,为他们提供温馨恰当的服务,取得较为满意的效果.
