PDCA循环在《医学机能实验学》教学管理中的应用

【摘要】Objective] To study the effect of PDCA circulation in instructional management of medical function course. [Method]2 classes 67 students of clinical medicine were sampled randomly as experimental group, 2 classes 63 students were sampled randomly as control group. The experimental group was regulated by PDCA cycle theory, for the control group, the traditional way of teaching was used. [Result]The comprehensive skill operation examination and the general achievement at the end of the semester in the experimental group were higher
than
those
in
the
control
group,
with
significant
differences(P<0.01);the proportion of obvious increasing in learning interest, ability of practice, medicine scientific researching, and regulation on learning of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, with significance different(P<0.05). [Conclusion] In instructional management of medical function course in clinical medicine through introducing PDCA circulation can effectively improve the quality of teaching and learning.%[目的]研究PDCA循环（P：plan，计划；D：do，执行；C：check，检查；A：action，行动）在《医学机能实验学》课程教学管理中的效果。[方法]随机抽取4个临床医学专业班级，
2个班67名学生作为实验组，2个班63名学生作为对照组。实验组按PDCA循环管理教学,对照组采用普通方式管理教学。[结果]实验组综合性技能操作考试与学期末总评成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；实验组学生的学习兴趣与主动性、实践操作能力、医学科研能力、学习管理能力等观察项目的统计结果中，实验组的明显提高、一般提高、无变化的人数比例与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。[结论]在临床医学专业《医学机能实验学》课程中引入PDCA循环能够有效提高教学质量,提升学生与教师的教学效果。 【总页数】3页(66-68)
