舒血宁·前列地尔·乙酰谷酰胺三联治疗脑梗塞的疗效观察

【摘要】Objective To evaluate the shu ning and leading to blood and acetyl l-glutamine sanlian treatment the curative ef ect of cerebral infarction. Methods The November 2012 to March 2012 income from 60 patients with cerebral infarction, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. Treatment group used shu ning and leading to blood and acetyl l-glutamine sanlian treatment, control group use blood shu ning. Compare two groups of curative ef ect. Results The treatment group ef ective rate was 96.7%, significantly higher than the control group, significant dif erence, < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with cerebral infarction using shu ning and leading to blood and acetyl l-glutamine triple therapy, the curative ef ect is distinct. Combination than shu ning blood bet er.%目的评价舒血宁加前列地尔和乙酰谷酰胺三联治疗脑梗塞的疗效变化。方法对2012年11月~2013年3月收入我院60例脑梗死患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组应用舒血宁加前列地尔和乙酰谷酰胺三联治疗，对照组单用舒血宁。对比两组疗效。结果治疗组治疗有效率为96.7%，明显高于对照组，差异显著，<0.05。结论对脑梗塞患者采用舒血宁加前列地尔和乙酰谷酰胺三联治疗，疗效显著。比单用舒血宁效果更好。
