题 目 CBR600发动机排气系统设计分析 摘要: 排气系统主要由排气歧管,排气管,催化转换器,排气温度传感器,汽车消声器和排气尾管等组成,不仅影响汽车的燃油经济性和行驶动力性,更是是汽车减排降噪的重要组成部分。近年来越来越多的研究表明排气系统流场也能产生较大的气流噪声,从而影响系统声学性能。而过去对汽车排气系统消声器的研究设计主要是从平面波理论方向来考虑声波传播。近年来随着各种CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics计算流体动力学)软件的应用与普及,更多的企业采用CFD软件来模拟排气系统流场。但他们大多数会有较大的误差,因为他们排气系统CFD分析采用空气近似发动机排气来计算系统流场,。本文使用模拟所得的发动机排气参数通过Fluent软件仿真计算排气系统三维流场来进行分析,然后进行验证。首先将排气系统结构在UG软件中建立的排气系统流场三维实体模型导入Gambit软件中,划分有限体积离散网格及设置流体边界,在Fluent软件中进行排气系统的CFD分析,得到排气系统的温度、压力、速度的分布图,根据流体力学、传热学来分析排气系统的流场。 关键词: 排气系统; 计算流体动力学; 消声器

Title The analysis and design of CBR600 engine exhaust system

Abstract

The exhaust system is mainly composed of the exhaust manifold, exhaust pipe, catalytic converter, exhaust temperature sensor, automotive muffler and exhaust pipes, not only affect the fuel economy and driving power, also is an important part of automobile emission reduction. In recent years more and more researches show that the flow field of exhaust system can generate airflow noise, thus affecting the system acoustic performance. In the past research on Design of muffler exhaust system is mainly to consider the wave propagation direction from the plane wave theory. In recent years, with all kinds of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics computational fluid dynamics) and the popularization of software applications, more and more enterprises using CFD software to simulate the flow field of exhaust system. But most of them will of three-dimensional flow field of the exhaust system to carry on the analysis, and then verify. The exhaust system structure based on UG software, the flow field of exhaust system of three-dimensional entity model into Gambit software, finite volume discrete grids and set the fluid boundary, carries on the analysis of the exhaust system CFD in Fluent software, distribution of temperature, pressure, speed is the exhaust system, according to the flow of exhaust system in fluid mechanics, ; computational fluid dynamics; muffler
