洒水车又称为喷洒车、多功能洒水车、园林绿化洒水车、水罐车、运水车。洒水车适合于各种路面冲洗,树木、绿化带、草坪绿化,道路、厂矿企业施工建设,高空建筑冲洗等。其具有洒水、压尘、高、低位喷洒,农药喷洒、护栏冲洗等功能。可以说,洒水车在我们的生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。
这次毕业设计,我详述了洒水车国内外的发展趋势和现状,分析洒水车在设计及使用过程中所遇到的问题,结合指导教师的建议,进行罐体和水路的从新设计,包括确定洒水车车身及罐体尺寸,优化水路设计,改进高压水枪功能,选择合适的二类底盘及加工材料等等,每步设计都按标准进行,以保证满足相关的技术要求。
通过理论分析,选用东风金霸洒水车,底盘型号为EQ1060TJ20D3,发动机选用广西玉柴机器股份有限公司生产的YCND27-115-30。根据所选择的二类底盘,设计罐体尺寸,水路系统的布局等。并进行罐体尺寸的计算,车身强度的校核等。再根据实际市场情况,选取相匹配的外购件。

Water truck is also known as spray vehicles, Multifunction Water truck, landscaping sprinklers, water tankers. Water truck is suitable for all kinds of road washing, trees, green belts, green lawns, roads, factories, mines and construction companies building high-altitude construction flushing. Which has a sprinkler, pressure dust, high and low spray, pesticide spraying, fence washing and other functions. It can be said water truck in our life plays an increasingly important role.
The graduation project, I elaborated on the development trend of domestic and water truck actuality of Water trucks in the design and use of the problems encountered in the process, combined with the instructor's recommendation for the new tank design and waterways, including OK sprinkler body and tank size, optimizing waterway design, improved features water cannons, select the appropriate second-class chassis and processed materials, etc., are at each step of the design standards to ensure compliance with the relevant technical requirements.
Through theoretical analysis, the choice of Dongfeng Pa water truck, chassis model EQ1060TJ20D3, engine selection Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. production YCND27-115-30. Depending on the selected second-class chassis design tank size, water system layout, and for the calculation of tank size, body strength checking and so on. According to the actual market situation, select purchased parts that match.
