多元铜基钎料成分优化试验

【摘要】仿生非光滑表面减粘降阻研究的关键技术是非光滑单元体材料(合金白口铸铁)与钢的连接。CuZn系钎料在白口铸铁表面的润湿性能和钎缝剪切强度低于在钢表面的润湿性能和钎缝剪切强度,白口铸铁向钎料过度溶解所造成的溶蚀,是钎料润湿性差和钎缝剪切强度低的主要原因。为提高钎料的综合性能,作者运用二次回归组合设计方法,研究了合金元素及元素间交互作用对润湿性能和力学性能的影响规律,建立了合金元素与润湿性能及力学性能的数学模型,从而为新型铜基钎料成分设计提供了理论指导。%Joining of alloy white cast iron, as an unsmoothed surface material, and steel is one of the key techniques in study of the reduction of soil adhesion and resistance of bionic unsmoothed surfaces. The wettability and the shearing strength of a brazed white cast iron surface on a CuZn filler metal are lower than those of a brazed steel. The erosion caused by over-dissolving of white cast iron into the filler metals is the main factor of the reduction of the wettability and shearing strength.By means of the quadratic regression composition design process,the influence of the elements and their reciprocities on the wettability and mechanical property was systematically studied and the mathematical models related wettability and mechanical property to the composition were established.The study
