【摘 要】文章从收入质量、利润质量、毛利率三个方面，对青岛海尔从2009年—
2012年的销售净现率、净利润现金比率、毛利率等相关指标进行描述分析．认为青岛海尔的盈利能力提高，但是收入质量和利润质量下降了，盈利质量不高，波动性强，需要从加强经营活动现金流管理、壮大公司规模和降低费用提高毛利率等三个方面提高企业的盈利质量。

Abstract：this article from the income quality, profit quality, gross profit margin three
aspects, to describe and analyse Qingdao haier’s net profit margin on sales, Net cash ratio,and gross profit margin,etc index of correlation from 2009-2011. Think that Qingdao haier improves its profitability , but the revenue and profit quality is drop, Earnings quality is not high, volatility is strong. Qingdao haier needs to strengthen Operating activities cash flow management, expand the company scale,reduce cost and improve profit margins three aspects to improve the quality of enterprise's profit.
