Getting up early has been regarded as a good habit since ancient times. Many years ago, people thought that if we went to bed early and got up early, we would be energetic the whole day. So, getting up early is of great importance to us all.
In fact, morning is the best time of a day. In the morning, the air is the freshest and people are usually in the best condition. Many of us may have the experiences that we memorise things more quickly and correctly in the morning than any other time of the day. And it is certain that we find it easier to understand what we learn. If we get up early and do some morning exercises or only take a short walk in the morning, without doubt we can build up our bodies and become much healthier. Also we will have enough time to make a plan and get ready for our work or study of the day if we get up early. For example, if everyone in the family gets up early, the wife will have enough time to prepare the breakfast for the whole family, children will have enough time to catch the school bus, and the husband will never forget to change his dirty shirt. Everything is in order. However, if we get up late, we'll probably have to do everything in a hurry.
Let us remember getting up early is a good habit and try our best to keep it. Late risers may find it difficult to form the habit of getting up early. They have to make an effort to do so. If we stick to getting up early every day, we will certainly benefit a lot from it.

Robots will create double the number of jobs that they will destroy, according to the World Economic Forum(WEF), but there will be significant shifts in the structure of America's workforce that may impact everyone. The report says that 75 million jobs will be replaced by artificial intelligence(AI), robotics and automation. But it also suggests that 133 million new jobs may be created as organizations shift the balance between human workers and machines.
It is a widely held belief that routine, lowskilled jobs are most at risk for automation, but the report shows that many middleclass roles are also at risk. Financial analysts, accountants and lawyers could all see significant changes by 2024. But manual workers could be among the hardest hit.
Meanwhile, there could be a huge change in the structure of the workforce, with the executives surveyed by WEF expecting a shift away from fulltime work to flexible employment with a focus on productivity.
All industries expect big skills gaps, stating that at least 50 percent of their workforce will require reskilling of some degree. The aviation, travel and tourism industry will have the largest demand for reskilling. 【写作内容】

Yesterday, the Peoples Court of Qi County in Henan Province had a special plaintiff, an eleven-year-old boy in the fifth grade. He accused his parents of peeping at his diary, which violated his privacy.
After looking into the case, the judge found out what had happened to the boy and his parents. Li used to be an excellent student, but recently, he couldn’t focus on his studies. His parents were busy with their business, so they cared little about him. However, after learning about their son’s change, they managed to peep at his diary. From the diary, they learned that their son had a love affair with a girl in the same class. Then they got very angry and scolded him severely. As a result, the boy charged his parents with violating his privacy.
Facing the special case, the judge said, “Li is not a grown-up, but he has privacy protected by law. But in this case, what his parents did was to try to understand his thought in order to help him grow up healthily, which couldn’t be defined as an invasion.” Later, the judge told the parents it was unwise to peep at the child’s diary. A subway is a train system (系统) that is lying underground. They can run automatically(自动地),free of traffic problems on surface streets. Since they use tracks that are specially made for them, they can run rapidly and frequently, making them a valuable addition to the public transportation system.
Generally, a subway runs on two traditional tracks but it powers itself through the so-called “ third rail ” ? Since the third rail carries electricity, it can cause a possible danger to people who are foolish enough to jump onto the tracks. Because of the safety concerns t the tracks are usually built below the level of the station platform (站台).
In some cases, a subway system also includes above ground or elevated(高架的)tracks in addition to an underground system. Commonly, the subway remains underground in the city centre, while elevated tracks reach out into less busy areas. These tracks may also connect with other transportation systems t such as a commuter railway or a city bus system, to bring people from outside the city.
Like other forms of public transportation, most subways are supported by the areas where they run. This support makes the fares not so expensive, encouraging people to choose the subway rather than personal cars. When it is well run and connects with other transportation systems, it can help reduce traffic jams, making a city a more pleasant place to live and work.
In many cities, a subway includes many track systems that spread out under the city for a long distance. Frequent stations along the tracks make sure that people will be able to quickly reach the place where they want to go. The ticket price is usually decided by the length of the trip, although in some areas, by how much time passengers spend in the subway. The train company usually makes effort to make the system easy to run and affordable for travelers so that they won’t add to traffic jams.
