【摘要】Close unit of PICU has been predominated in the management model of PICU nowadays. A growing body of scientific evidence suggests that quality of care in hospital ICUs is strongly influenced by whether intensivist are managing care.Intensivist are familiar with the complications that can occur in the ICU and the use of varying advanced technologies and,thus,are better equipped to minimize errors and save lives and costs.The close unit is also has many benefits in PICU development. Open or half open unit is also adopted in some developing areas.%目前重症监护病房的设置以封闭式管理为主流管理模式,封闭式管理模式由专职ICU医师组成医疗团队,更能提高抢救成功率、减少患者ICU 的住院时间及节约医疗费用,在重症医学平台上进行的管理模式有利于医疗资源整合、学科建设、人才培养以及技术创新.但在经济条件相对较差、人员短缺的地区采用开放式管理或半封闭、半开放管理也是一种选择. 【总页数】4页(801-804)
