烧伤后24 h内削痂对老年深Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗价值分析

【摘要】目的：探究烧伤后24 h内削痂对老年深Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗效果。方法选取老年深Ⅱ度烧伤患者46例，随机分为对照组和观察组各23例，对照组于烧伤后3～7 d内削痂，观察组于烧伤后24 h内削痂。结果观察组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05），并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论老年深Ⅱ度烧伤于24 h内行削痂治疗，治疗效果显著。%Objective The treatment effect was cut on elderly patients with deep
