自动变速器的检测与维修

摘 要

自动变速器是一个集机、电、液、计算机技术于一体的复杂总成,引起故障的原因较多,尤其是电控系统所发生的故障占了很大的比例,单凭平时的维修经验已经很难判断出来了,这就需要用到很多现代的故障诊断技术进行诊断,目前使用较多的有数据流分析法、波形图分析法、故障码分析法和故障树分析法等等。相比传统的故障诊断法,这些方法更简单有效,往往能在故障诊断中起到很大的作用,因此如何使用现代诊断技术对于维修人员来说是至关重要的。 论文在介绍了电控自动变速器的结构与工作原理的基础上,阐述了自动变速器的常用故障诊断方法,包括故障码诊断法、故障树法、数据流分析以及波形分析等等,通过对这些诊断方法原理与自动变速器故障诊断的流程的分析,将自动变速器故障诊断方法与自动变速器常见故障相结合进行研究分析。论文分析总结的故障诊断方法为自动变速器的故障诊断提供了切实可行的理论依据,具有一定的指导意义与应用价值。

Abstract

Automatic transmission was a highly-integrated complex assembly of machine, electricity, liquid, computer technology.The reasons of causing the problem were so many, especially the fault of electric control system. With the usual maintenance experience failure,it will need to use a lot of modern fault diagnosis technology to diagnose. At present,many people use the data flow analysis, the waveform chart analysis method, the fault code analysis and fault tree analysis, etc. Compared with the traditional fault diagnostics, these methods more effective and could played a big role in fault diagnosis. For maintenance personnel, how to use modern diagnostic technique to solve problems was very important. The structure and principle of the electric control automatic transmission was introduced by the article.Expounds the common automatic transmission fault diagnosis method, inncluding fault code diagnostics, fault tree method, data flow analysis and waveform analysis, and so on. In the process of analyzing the diagnosis method and automatic transmission fault diagnosis analysis,we analyse and research with automatic transmission fault diagnosis method of common malfunction. The thesis summed up fault diagnosis methods provided the practican theory basis for automatic transmission fault diagnosis and it had some directive significance and application value.
