多西他赛、奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究

【摘要】Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reaction of docetaxel,oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil porassium used in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:62 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected. They were given chemotherapy of docetaxel,oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil porassium,then we analyzed the adverse reactions and clinical efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:The main adverse reaction after chemotherapy were hair loss,gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow inhibition,in which,the rate of hair loss was highest.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 64.5%.Conclusion:Docetaxel,oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil porassium used in patients with advanced gastric cancer has tolerable adverse reactions,and its short-term curative effect is better.%目的：探讨多西他赛、奥沙利铂、替吉奥应用于晚期胃癌患者的不良反应及临床效果。方法：收治晚期胃癌患者62例，给予多西他赛、奥沙利铂及吉奥胶囊联合化疗，连续治疗2周后，分析不良反应及临床疗效情况。结果：化疗后的不良反应主要为脱发、胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制，其中脱发发生率最高。临床治疗总有效率64.5%。结论：对于晚期胃癌，应用多西他赛、奥沙利铂、替吉奥方案治疗，不良反应患者可以耐受，近期疗
效较好。
