胸部X线与多层螺旋CT诊断周围型小肺癌的对照分析

【摘要】Objective To compare the diagnostic value of chest X-ray and multislice CT on patients with small peripheral lung cancer.Methods The X-ray and CT data of fifty-six patients with pathologically confirmed small peripheral lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results Compared
with
chest
X-ray,diagnosed
rates
of
inanition,spiculation,pleural indentation,vacuole sign and vascular convergence by CT were higher,there were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Spiral CT has a high density resolution,and the diagnostic accuracy in small peripheral lung cancer is better than the X-ray.%目的 比较胸部X线与多层螺旋GT诊断对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析56例经病理证实为周围型小肺癌患者的X线和CT资料.结果 CT诊断与胸部X线比较,CT在空洞、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征及血管集束等方面的诊出率均优于X线,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 螺旋CT密度分辨率高,对周围型小肺癌的诊断准确率优于X线.
