初产妇自由体位配合分娩球在第一产程中的应用分析

【摘要】目的：分析自由体位配合分娩球在初产妇第一产程中的应用效果。方法将86例初产妇分为两组，观察组行自由体位配合分娩球助产，对照组行常规分娩。结果两组产妇在活跃期、第一产程、自然分娩率、轻度疼痛以及剧烈疼痛上比较P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论自由体位配合分娩球助产能缩短产程，提高自然分娩率，减轻疼痛。值得推荐。?STRACT:Objective To analyze free position with the ball in the application of the first labor primipara effect delivery. Methods 86 cases of primipara can be divided into two groups:observation group line free position with birth ball midwifery, the control line of normal delivery. Results Two groups of women in the\the first labor, natural births, mild pain, and severe pain on comparing P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Free position with birth ball midwifery can shorten the labor, increase the natural births, alleviate the pain. Is worth to recommend. 【总页数】2页(5-5,15)
