汽车底盘基础认识
摘 要
底盘作用是支承、安装汽车发动机及其各部件、总成,形成汽车的整体造型,并接受发动机的动力,使汽车产生运动,保证 正常行驶。底盘由传动系、行驶系、转向系和制动系四部分组成。悬挂系统作用是将车轮所受的各种力和力矩传递给车架和车身,并能吸收、缓和路面传来的振动和冲击,减少驾驶室内噪声,增加乘员的舒适性,以及保持汽车良好的操作性和平稳的行驶性。另外,悬挂系统能配合汽车的运动产生适当的反应,当汽车在不同路况作加速、制动、转向等运动时,能提供足够的安全性,保证操纵不失控。
车轮定位是悬挂系统中重要的一环。正确的车轮定位,不仅能减少轮胎的磨损,延长零部件使用寿命,还能确保汽车直线行驶的稳定性。因此,悬挂系统除使车轮与地面完全贴合外,还必须保证车轮的定位,从而使汽车操纵性能得以完全发挥。 关键词:传动系;行驶系;转向系;制动系;悬挂系统

Abstract
Chassis is installed automotive engine and its supporting, components and assemblies, formed the integral modelling, automobile engine power and accept that produces sports car, ensure the normal running. Chassis by transmission, driving system, steering system and brake system four parts. The suspension system is the role of the force and moment to frame and body, and can absorb, ease of vibration and impact from road, reduce indoor noise, driving the occupant comfort, and maintain the stable operation and good car driving. In addition, the automobile suspension system can cooperate proper response movement in different road, when the car for speed and braking, steering movement, can provide enough safety, ensure control does not control.
Wheel positioning is important in the suspension system of a ring. The correct wheel positioning, not only can reduce the tyre wear and prolong life, still can use components to ensure the stability of the car run straight. Therefore, the suspension system with the wheels except to completely joint, still must ensure wheel positioning, thereby vehicle handling performance can be fully play.
