【摘要】目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定丹芩凉血丸中黄芩苷、丹皮酚、黄芩素和汉黄芩素含量的方法。方法采用Waters XTerra RP18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm;5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为274 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃。结果黄芩苷、丹皮酚、黄芩素和汉黄芩素分别在0.0078~0.4710,0.0091~0.5448,0.0498~2.9904和0.0098~0.5850μg有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.78%,98.81%,98.30%和100.40%, RSD分别为1.67%,1.81%,1.20%和1.27%。结论本法简便、快速、结果准确、重复性好,可用于丹芩凉血丸的质量控制。%Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of baicalin, paeonol, baicalein and wogonin in Danqin Liangxue Pills. Methods Baicalin, paeonol, baicalein and wogonin were separated on a Waters XTerra RP18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) column. Gradient elution was performed, with methanol-0.05%phosphate solution as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 274 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 35℃.
