【摘 要】【ABSTRACT】Objective：To explore value applied on brain atlas （AB）in patients with epilepsy.Method：BA was examined in 132 patients with primary epilepsy and 18 patients with secondary epilepsy .Results：The change of BA was obvious in these patients. In order to explore value applied of BA in patients with epilepsy. We examined BA in 132 patients with primary epilepsy and 18 patients with secondary epilepsy. The results show that BA was of important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of patients with epilepsy. This result was reported as follows now.
