Study Plan
I am xx, the undergraduate student from xx. In the 4 years of undergraduate study, I attend some important courses in electrical engineering field. These courses made me more professional. Not only I studied hard at the knowledge in class, but also I read many extracurricular books related to telecommunications.
I will graduate from university in July 2011; I decided to pursue my postgraduate studies in USA: the Northeastern University. My intention makes me realize that nowadays the telecommunication development is very fast and I have to be equipped with advanced theory and rich knowledge. And I think NEU should be the best choice to be because its major rank is very high, the professors and their research are very attractive to me and its location is very good.
My previous academic study gave me enough theoretical knowledge, which can make me successfully complete my postgraduate study. Then I will select other courses in my table above in my second year, such as perspectives in telecommunications policy.
After I graduate from NEU, I would like go back to China to be a TD-Networking Engineer in China Mobile Group Design Institute Co. in Beijing, which is belong to China Mobile Communication Corporation. I can learn to use electronic devices and components in 3G networking in about 5 years. Also in this 5-year’s work time, I will get a position about Technical Director. Then I will spend another 5 years to learn more professional knowledge about telecommunication and how to manage person in work team. It will be very helpful for setting my own company after about 10 year’s work. My company will improve electrical product in the field of telecommunication. This kind of improve will help product connect to the internet in anytime. So we can connect and even control every electronic product such as television, refrigerator, and water heater and so on. I know it is difficult to set up my own company. But my parents will help me in financial aspect, and the friends of them will give me help in professional aspect. Anyway, I think this creative think has a great prospect in such big telecommunication market of China.
