摘要

随着经济的飞速发展,我国在成为世界生产大国的同时,不断增加的能源消耗和环境污染也居身世界前列。2011年中国能源消耗总量为34.8亿吨标准煤,比2010年增长7%。这意味着去年能源消费总量比去年增长了2.3亿吨标准煤,是四年来能源消费增量最多的一年。其中汽车消耗的能源也占有一定的比重。同时,汽车尾气带来的污染也是一个难以解决的问题,根据国家环保中心检测;2010年汽车尾气排放量占空气污染源的64%。如果仍然采用传统的内燃机技术发展汽车工业将会给我国乃至世界的能源与环境造成巨大的压力。汽车是人们正常生活工作中不可替代的工具,然而伴随着巨大的能源消耗和空气污染,汽车产业将会面临巨大的挑战----能源消耗过大,效率过低从而导致供不应求,尾气排放超标破坏环境的严峻形势。这便要求我们从各种弊端中找到解决方案:既然不能控制汽车的生产制造与使用,不妨从能源利用效率,能源质量的角度来解决这些棘手的问题。其实,各个发达国家早就在向这个方面进军攻克,寻找解决汽车带来的巨大能源消耗,空气污染问题,这就是我们通常所说的新能源问题。现如今较为热门的研究方向主要有氢能源,太阳能,核能和电能。目前稍有成就的当属电能,如今电动汽车在部分地区已经投入生产并应用于实际中,不得不说是一个汽车能源的巨大的飞跃。在此之前的汽车能源主要是石油类不可再生能源或者混有乙醇等的混合动力型能源,在能源的利用效率方面属于比较低级的层次,在巨大消耗的同时又带来了不容忽视的浪费,能源危机进一步恶化。本文是我在研发生产维护新能源电动汽车驱动系统(IEDS电驱动系统)没某公司为期六个月实习后对新能源电动汽车的一些认识和IEDS驱动系统的调试工作的总结。

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy, our country in the world producing country at the same time, increasing energy consumption and environmental pollution but also ranked the forefront of the world. In 2011 China's total energy consumption 34.8 tons of standard coal, than the 7% growth in 2010. This means that last year the total energy consumption rose by 2.3 tons of standard coal last year, is four years the increase of energy consumption of up to one year. The energy consumed by the vehicle also occupy a certain proportion. At the same time, the automobile exhaust pollution is a difficult problem to solve, according to the national environmental protection center detection; 2010 automobile emissions accounted for air source of pollution 64%. If still using the traditional internal combustion engine technology development of automobile industry will be enormous pressure to the energy and environment in our country and even the world. The car is an irreplaceable tool for people's normal lives and work, but with huge energy consumption and air pollution, automobile industry will face enormous challenges, the energy consumption is too large, the efficiency is too low resulting in short supply, exhaust emissions exceed the standard of damage to the environment of the grave situation. This will require us to find solutions from the various drawbacks: since can't control the car production and use, the efficiency of energy use, energy quality point of view to solve these difficult problems. In fact, many developed countries early in March towards the capture, looking for solutions of huge energy consumption caused by cars, air pollution problems, this is what we usually call the new energy problem. Now more popular research direction mainly hydrogen energy, solar energy, nuclear energy and electric energy. At present, little achievement is power, now electric cars in some areas have been put into production and

application in practice, have to say is a car energy giant leap. Before the automobile energy mainly petroleum non-renewable energy or mixed hybrid energy such as ethanol, which belongs to the lower level in terms of energy utilization efficiency, in the huge consumption has also brought the waste of the energy crisis can not be ignored, the further deterioration. This is I in R & D and production and maintenance of new energy electric vehicle drive system (IEDS electric drive system) is not a company for a period of six months after the practice some understanding and IEDS of new energy electric vehicle drive system debugging work summary.
