【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of trabeculectomy, phacemulsification and intraoc-ular lens implantation in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract. Methods Sixty cases of glaucoma with cataract treated by phacemulsification, trabeculectomy and intraocular lens implantation from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected, then observed all patients for three months, the changes of visual acuity 1 week, 1 month, 3 months after operation were e-valuated, intraocular pressure( IOP) in different time and the rate of complication after operation were analyzed. Results IOP was (22. 7 ± 1. 9)mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0. 133 kPa) 1 week after operation, which was significantly lower than pre-op-eration, 1 month was (18. 9 ± 2. 4)mm Hg and 3 months was (15. 9 ± 2. 3)mm Hg, which were lower than the IOP of pre-operation (P<0. 05). As time went on, patients’ vision tended to stabilize, and light perception index improved signifi-cantly. Conclusions Trabeculectomy, phacemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract, can effectively reduce the patients’ intraocular pressure, improve their vision, with the
